During her show in New Brunswick, New Jersey earlier this week, the R&B songstress experienced one of the most amusingly embarrassing celebrity wardrobe malfunctions of all time! While singing onstage, Braxton's skimpy glittery dress fell apart ultimately exposing good chunks of her ass in the process.

The funny thing is she didn't even noticed and the crowd were all cheering as usual... you know enjoying the view, lol... when she finally did, like the pro she is continued performing until one of the men she invited up from the audience gave her his blazer to cover up.

Braxton's fashion team eventually came to the rescue after she was covered-up with in the over-sized blazer, but couldn't repair the dangling dress which she eventually removed.

Toni Braxton Loses Copyright To 27 Of Her Songs In Bankruptcy Settlement

A recently single and broke Toni Braxton has lost the copyright to 27 of her favorite songs after being outbid during an auction of her back catalogue.

After filing for bankruptcy not once but twice, the 45-year old R& B singer struck a deal with the bankruptcy court to settle her bankruptcy case for approximately $150,000, spending $50,000 to reacquire personal belongings. She was also hoping to buy the rights to over two dozen of her songs through the deal. 

The six-time Grammy Award winner was given the opportunity to purchase the copyright of some of her best hits from her music catalog for $20,000 when they were put up for sale on July 15 but there was one major caveat — she could be outbid.

According to Us Weekly, the comic actor, 50 and the Un-break My Heart singer, 44 are seeing each other and are both very into it.

A spokesperson for Braxton told the magazine: 'Toni and Eddie are just friends and have been fans of each other's work for a long time.

'Their kids have met and everything. It's getting very serious' says the Insider.
