A male model, Michael Girgenti has filed a paternity suit claiming to be the father of Kourtney Kardashian's 3-year-old son Mason. Los Angeles County Superior Court
According to the legal documents filed at the Los Angeles County Superior court and obtained by TMZ, Girgenti claims he had a three month texting relationship with the reality TV star after they met at a photo shoot in August 2008. It states Kourtney reached out to Girgenti in March 2009, saying she and boyfriend Scott Disick were "on the outs" and "she wanted to hang." Girgenti also describes an alleged encounter in Glendale, Calif. where they had "unprotected vaginal sex".
When Kardashian gave birth to Mason nine months later, Girgenti says he noticed a resemblance and reached out to Kardashian, who ignored him. In the request Girgenti filed Thursday, he requests joint custody and asks the judge to order DNA tests for Kourtney, Scott Disick, Mason and himself.

However Kourtney's lawyer, Todd Wilson told TMZ.com on Friday that Gigenti's allegations are 'absurd' saying;
'This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason. Scott Disick is Mason’s father.
We have not seen the reported court filing, but we are informed that this individual has been seeking to get paid to publish his ridiculous pleading.
'His claims are absurd and this is simply another shameful attempt to gain publicity and profit from fictional stories about my client.'
