At last! We get to see Kim K since the birth of North in June thanks to TMZ. The reality star was spotted at an L.A. medical facility on Wednesday alongside her fiance, Kanye West, Baby North and her Nanny.
Though we can't see Kim's figure in that baggy shirt and North who is fully cover in a car seat, they all look happy. See more photos after cut.....
