The tragic incident happened during a stampede as worshipers scrambled for "Holy Water" that was being distributed in the Synagogue church today. The holy water, to many of TB Joshua followers is acclaimed to be the cure to their spiritual afflictions.
Police sources in Accra stated that the four dead persons comprised of three females and young boy while thirteen others were injured.
The church had been forced to close down its service following the tragic incident.
