Oprah reveals a look she’s never done (on her magazine) before: her natural hair! as she covers the September issue of O magazine.
The theme of this September issue is makeovers, so Oprah’s new hair transformation seems appropriate. In the issue, Oprah tackles the debate of natural hair, and opens up about her own personal hair journey, rocking her hair natural on weekends/vacations and what role hair plays in the expression of “self.”
Oprah also reveals wanting to cut her hair all off at one point, but being talked out of it by Bill Cosby, who advised: “Don’t do it. You’ve got the wrong head shape and you’ll disappoint yourself.”
