Usher's Ex-Wife Tameka Foster Loses Custody Battle For Sons After Pool Accident

Usher and his ex-wife were once again in court on Friday over the custody of their two sons after the awful pool accident. (Missed it? Read HERE, HERE AND HERE)

Tameka sought legal action after the pair's older child got caught in a pool drain while in the care of the Grammy winner's aunt on Monday. She alleged the children were in a 'dangerous environment'.

But the judge described the incident as an 'awful accident' and dismissed the case. 

In a surprising turn in the courtroom after the showdown between the former couple, Usher give a tearful Tameka a consoling hug after she lost her bid to get temporary primary custody of Usher V, five and Naviyd, four, in a hearing in Atlanta.

Following Usher Raymond V's scary near drowning accident yesterday (MISSED IT? READ HERE) while in the care of the singer, ex- wife Tameka has filed for primary custody of their two children.

According to TMZ,

Usher's ex-wife, Tameka Raymond, has filed legal docs obtained by TMZ in which she blames the singer for the near-death pool accident that landed their 5-year-old in ICU.  

In the docs, Tameka claims Usher Raymond V was left unsupervised in the swimming pool when his arm got stuck in the drain. Tameka says Usher delegated his supervisory responsibilities to his aunt who she believes was not on the ball.

Usher Raymond V, the singer's eldest son with his ex-wife Tameka Foster was rushed to the hospital on Monday after his arm got caught in the drain of a pool at the singer's Atlanta home around 6pm. 

According to TMZ, the youngster was said to be playing in the water with Usher's aunt Rena Oden, after spying a toy in the drain of the pool, he reportedly dove down to retrieve it but his arm got caught in the process.

Seeing Usher Raymond V underwater, Rena immediately swam down to rescue the boy but to no avail then a maid also rushed to the scene and further could not help, she screamed for help.

Less than a month after Usher's stepson Kile Glover was declared brain dead after a brutal jet ski accident on July 8, Glover has passed away. 

The 11-year-old died Saturday morning after being taken off of life support.

The mother of Glover, Tameka Foster, allegedly made the tough decision after being told that a full recovery was not likely. She is also said to have been unable to pay the medical bills required to keep her son on life support, after the family's insurance company coverage expired.

This is so sad, may the good lord comfort Tameka and the entire family for their loss.
