The teen pop star was under investigation for a possible hit and run accident involving a paparazzi, Walter Lee on Monday night. The incident occurred outside the Laugh Factory in Hollywood, where Justin, 19, and Lil Twist were hanging out until around 11.45pm before making their exit.
As Justin was driving off, he appeared to have pinned a photographer between his white Ferrari and a parked Audi on Sunset Boulevard. He drove away before the LAPD could arrive to take down a report.
LAPD launched an investigation and after examining video footage of the incident, police confirmed that no crime had being committed by the young singer. Instead they are investigating whether the injured paparazzo was in the roadway.
