Rescued Dog Bites Denver TV Anchor During Broadcast (VIDEO)

Max, an 86-pound Argentine Mastiff viciously sunk his teeth into Veteran TV Anchor, Kyle Dyer's face when she bent down to pet him Wednesday morning during a morning show segment on KUSA-TV.

Kyle Dyer was conducting an interview on the rescue of Gladiator Maximus, also known as Max, after the dog fell into a frigid Lakewood lake Tuesday while chasing a coyote. The live segment was aimed at reuniting firefighter Tyler Sugaski, who rescued the animal, and Michael Robinson, the dog's owner.



 
Now, Max has been caged by animal control officers and his owner, Michael Robinson has been fined. 

The station says Miss Dyer is in fair condition, recovering from the bite at at Denver hospital.
