Former B2K Member Raz-B's Life Support Report Was False

I posted here last week that the singer was on life support after being hit in the head with a bottle during a nightclub brawl in China. Well the story of him been in a coma is actually false.

In a statement sent to CNN Monday afternoon, "Raz-B’s manager Elayne Rivers said; "The comments about Raz being in a coma did not come from his official representative.

The singer's brother, who performs under the name Ricky Romance, also said he had been "misled by unknown reasons. He said;

"I was unfortunately unable to contact my brother at the time and then panicked," Romance said. "I then alerted as many people of this information hoping to gather facts... Since the source that gave me this information was what I thought to be legitimately reliable I didn't question I just believed. I apologize if I seem like I jumped to conclusions but a coma is a serious situation and it was concerning my brother whom is my best friend as well. I sincerely apologize for the confusion I caused if that is the case."

The source of this false report has been identified as a woman named Toy Jones who acted as Raz-B's publicist when this incident happened and sent out story to media outlets. 

Former B2K Singer Raz-B Makes Miraculous Recovery After Being On Life Support Following Bottle Attack

Following the night club attack in China on Thursday, where the 28-year-old was smashed across the face with a glass bottle whilst making an appearance, reports have it that he is out of his life-threatening coma and is stable, breathing on his own, smiling and responsive. According to TMZ he is yet to be released from the hospital, where he will be for a few more days for observation. A representative of the star revealed doctors say it's a miracle that he survived.

Former B2K Member Raz-B On Life Support After Being Hit In The Face With Bottle

The 28-year-old, real name De'Mario Thornton was performing at a nightclub in China on Thursday when a fight broke out in the crowd. The star allegedly tried to break up the altercation when he was smacked in the face with a glass bottle.

Raz-B was arrested along with the two warring crowd members, but subsequently released without charge. After the incident he later underwent a minor surgery to repair a gash in his lip.

He even spoke with TMZ, saying; "F--- this s--- hurts. I have a f---ing hole in my lip. Thank God I made it to the hospital."

But now it appears Raz-B's health has taken a turn for the worse because he was rushed to the hospital on Friday morning after he failed to wake up and doctors determined he was in a bad condition and have tested for brain activity.

He spent much of Friday slipping in and out of consciousness, breathing from a ventilator.

Praying he gets better.

B2K Singer Raz B Nearly Slices Off Hand in Freak Hotel Accident

According to TMZ, 

B2K singer Raz B nearly died Sunday in China after accidentally falling through a glass door in his hotel room ... slicing his wrist wide open ... and losing a SCARY amount of blood. 

Raz -- who had been performing in Shanghai before the accident -- tells TMZ, he tripped hard inside his room ... and when he tried to break his fall, he crashed through a sliding glass door.  

Raz says the broken glass caught his wrist and ripped it to pieces, tearing through ligaments, nerves, tendons ... right down to the bone. (We've seen a graphic close-up of the injury, and decided to spare you the visuals. You're welcome.)Raz says he immediately began gushing blood and quickly passed out. Someone else in the room then alerted the hotel, and an ambulance was called. 

Raz was rushed to Huashan Hospital Fudan University, where doctors operated to repair his mutilated wrist -- a grueling procedure that took roughly 5 hours.

Raz was released from the hospital Monday. He has since canceled his remaining tour dates -- for now.
