The Balmoral hall goes ablaze during City People award ceremony yesterday

So sad because just last december I had my wedding reception at this beautiful place. Can't believe the multi-million naira hall is ashes now.

The hall according to sources went down within 3 - 4 minutes during the city people awards.

Sources say it was politically motivated because it started immediately an award was presented to some Lagos state political officials and as soon as the hall was filled with the shout 'ACN Democracy forever', the fire started".

Sad loss to the owner.

  Am sure its insured, just got me thinking about peeps who have paid to make use of the hall.... smh.
