Beyoncé showed off her stunning post-baby body in a form-fitting teal dress, highlighting her tiny waist with a thin belt for the occasion, while husband Jay-Z in a printed T-shirt and denim jacket.
Beyoncé and Jay-Z were joined at the event by other famous faces including her mother, Tina and Singer, Mary J. Blige.
