PLANKING

Planking planking planking, noticed this trending all over twitter recently and ever since bin seeing pictures of people plank all over the place and not to leave dangerous planking which could lead to these copy cats death. Had to ask around, WHO D HELL INVENTED THIS.

In my search, i found out its just a mere game also known as 'The lying down game or face downs'. The popular game according to sources consist of lying face down in an unusual or incongruous location to mimic a wooden plank. The hands must touch the sides of the body and having a photograph of the participant taken and posted on the internet is the integral part of the game.

Invented by Gary Clarkson and Christian Langdon in 1997. It first became popular in North East England, then all of Britain by the summer of 2009.

MARRIAGE

Saw this article and decided to share it with you guys. Enjoy and hope y'al learn from it.

When I got home that night as my wife served dinner, I held her hand and said, I've got something to tell you. She sat down and ate quietly. Again I observed the hurt in her eyes.

Suddenly I didn't know how to open my mouth. But I had to let her know what I was thinking. I want a divorce. I raised the topic calmly. She didn't seem to be annoyed by my words, instead she asked me softly, why?

I avoided her question. This made her angry. She threw away the chopsticks and shouted at me, you are not a man! That night, we didn't talk to each other. She was weeping. I knew she wanted to find out what had happened to our marriage. But I could hardly give her a satisfactory answer; she had lost my heart to Jane. I didn't love her anymore. I just pitied her!

BLACK WOMEN

Saw this article from a friend's page and decided to share it with you guys. Take a moment and please read it.

It seems that an article was written to Sister 2 Sister magazine by a Caucasian woman who requested a response from black men. I'm so glad she got what she asked for (and more) !!!

Dear Jamie:
I'm sorry but I would like to challenge some of your Black male readers.

I am a White female who is engaged to a Black male-good-looking, educated and loving. I just don't understand a lot of Black females attitudes about our relationship.

My man decided he wanted me because the pickings amongst Black women were slim to none. As he said they were either too fat, too loud, too mean, too argumentative, too needy, too materialistic or carrying too much excess baggage.
